ANNOUNCEMENT of

WINNERS OF COMPETITION

 

In the main judging of the 2024 Seoul International Music Competition for Blind and Visually Impaired Artists, a scoring system will be used, with scores ranging from a minimum of 85 points to a maximum of 99 points. The contestants' average scores, excluding the highest and lowest points, will determine their rankings.

 

If the highest scorer's average score is less than 93 points, the first-place award will not be given. Additionally, if two contestants have the same score, excluding the first place, they may be ranked equally. The judging committee made the final decision on the winner, which is final and cannot be appealed.

 

Category: Piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, vocal, folk instruments (traditional instruments including Korean traditional instruments)

Number of participants: 30 out of 70 applicants advanced to the finals
